What public services have benefited from Improvement Foundation improvements?

Through our delivery of tailored, evidence-based support we have considerable and proven success in improving public sector services and access to them. We measure what we do. Some of our achievements include:

  • We have worked with general practices to reduce patient waiting times resulting in the average wait for patients to see a GP falling from five days to one day.
  • We worked with primary care professionals to improve services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions. We achieved a drop of 20% in unplanned hospital admissions.
