About us
The London Centre covers 32 London boroughs with a population of approximately 7.2 million and rising.
The centre offers expert support to public service organisations across the full range of the Improvement Foundation's programmes and courses.
It also offers bespoke packages of improvement support, working with one organisation or a small group of organisations.
We welcome expressions of interest from organisations that wish to discuss any of the programmes or training courses we are offering, or bespoke commissions.

Who we work with
We work with PCTs across the London area on a number of different programmes of work.
We are currently supporting 13 PCT sites as part of our PBC Development Programme, covering 400 practices, and involving teams with representatives from acute trusts and social care. We are working with an additional 16 PCTs to run PBC support events in their areas.
We have been commissioned to support a number of general practices with improving access in the North East London area. Please contact the centre if you are seeking support with improving primary care access and responsiveness.
We are also working with a national charity on the Quality Improvement Skills Programme.
